Dimir Tempo plays almost no colorless spells except Mishra's Bauble, so Consign to Memory is mainly brought in to counter triggered abilities like Orcish Bowmasters' triggers and Moonshadow's graveyard triggers, which is still valuable disruption. It can also hit the colorless Mishra's Bauble. Note that Kaito's loyalty abilities and ninjutsu are activated abilities, so Consign to Memory cannot counter them. Crucible of Worlds helps rebuild your manabase against their Wasteland plan, letting you replay fetchlands from the graveyard. Back to Basics is weak here since it also locks down your own nonbasic lands, and their cheap spells mean they aren't heavily mana-constrained. Prismatic Ending is less impactful against their mostly small, resilient threats and cheap permanents that dodge easily. Keep Swords to Plowshares and Flame of Anor in as your primary answers to Moonshadow, Nethergoyf and Bilbo.

Ocelot Pride Midrange goes wide fast with Ocelot Pride, Guide of Souls, and Ajani tokens, so extra copies of Wrath of the Skies give you more access to a sweeper that can wipe their whole token board for a modest energy investment (the tokens have mana value 0). Rest in Peace shuts off Ajani's Cat-death transformation trigger, Sand Scout's token trigger from their fetch lands going to the graveyard, and Lazotep Quarry's graveyard recursion. Back to Basics is weak here since your own mana base is mostly nonbasic lands, so it hurts you as much as them, and Force of Negation is a worse fit against a deck more focused on creatures and cheap removal than on a critical noncreature spell to counter, so both trim down in favor of the proactive anti-token plan.

Sultai Aluren wins by assembling Show and Tell or Aluren into Atraxa/Omniscience, so Consign to Memory is excellent at countering their colorless Lotus Petal and any triggered abilities (like Atraxa's enter trigger) while being cheap enough to fit behind Force of Will. Lavinia, Azorius Renegade restricts their noncreature spells to those with mana value no greater than their land count, and counters any spell they cast with no mana spent on it, such as a Force of Will cast by exiling a blue card or a creature cast for free off Aluren, which is huge disruption against their hand. Note that Veil of Summer costs {G} and is cast with mana, so Lavinia does not counter it. Flame of Anor and Snapcaster Mage are too slow and card-disadvantageous against a deck trying to combo quickly, so they come out. Keep Force of Will/Force of Negation in to fight their Show and Tell plan.
