This is a mirror-style race where their Voldaren Epicure and Sneaky Snacker are both extremely low toughness. Electrickery with overload wipes their entire early board of 1-toughness creatures for just {1}{R}. Campfire buys crucial life against a deck built to burn out fast, offsetting their reach. Sneaky Snacker and some card selection come out since they don't advance the damage race as directly as answers to their engine pieces or life gain.

Pyroblast and Red Elemental Blast are premium answers here, countering or destroying Tolarian Terror, Cryptic Serpent, Delver of Secrets, Counterspell, Brainstorm, and any other blue spell or permanent they play. Since the entire opposing deck is mono-blue, these one-mana answers are live against nearly every card they cast. Sneaky Snacker and some Highway Robbery come out since they're slow against a deck trying to counter our spells and race with efficient threats; keep the burn suite intact to close games before their card advantage takes over.

Tron is a pure ramp/value deck with no relevant burn targets for Pyroblast or Red Elemental Blast, so those stay home. Relic of Progenitus can proactively exile our own graveyard to deny their Bojuka Bog or graveyard synergies minimal value, though its main function here is just a cheap artifact that doesn't hurt us; the bigger plan is simply to race them with the existing burn suite before Urza's Tron assembles. Sneaky Snacker is a marginal include against a deck with few relevant blockers early, so it can be trimmed slightly for Relic. Keep pressure on with the full complement of burn spells since this matchup is a pure speed race against their bombs like Maelstrom Colossus and Bramble Wurm.
