This is a mirror-ish matchup against another Thoughtseize/Daze/Force of Will tempo deck, so Force of Negation adds a free way to protect your plan by stopping their noncreature spells, such as Thoughtseize, Fatal Push, Snuff Out or Kaito, on their turn. It can't hit their creatures, so don't count on it against Nethergoyf or Moonshadow. Barrowgoyf is a strong, resilient threat that dodges Snuff Out and is out of range of an unenabled Fatal Push, so swap it in for the Murktide Regents. Toxic Deluge sweeps their Nethergoyf, Moonshadow and any Orc Army tokens from Orcish Bowmasters in a single card, which complements Fatal Push, since Push already hits Nethergoyf and Moonshadow at mana value 1. Flow State is cut since card selection matters less when both decks are racing for disruption and threats; keep Thoughtseize, Fatal Push, and Orcish Bowmasters as premium disruption.
Ocelot Pride floods the board with small Cat tokens, so Toxic Deluge and Massacre are excellent sweepers to reset the board. Massacre can even be cast for free when they control a Plains and we control a Swamp, which their Plains-based mana and our dual lands make likely. Massacre's -2/-2 kills Ocelot Pride, Guide of Souls, and most tokens outright. Barrowgoyf provides a lifelink/deathtouch blocker and threat that outclasses their small creatures, and its combat damage trigger can refill our hand with creatures, but it is still exposed to Swords to Plowshares, so don't rely on it to survive removal. Daze is weak against a deck that doesn't care about tempo on counterspells and has plenty of lands plus Wasteland of its own, so it comes out along with Brazen Borrower (clunky against a low-impact permanent board) and Sheoldred's Edict (better sweepers available now). Keep Fatal Push and Orcish Bowmasters in since they're efficient against their 1-2 toughness threats.
Aluren wants to resolve Show and Tell, Aluren, or Omniscience into Atraxa/Acererak loops, so Consign to Memory is excellent since it counters colorless spells and triggered abilities like Aluren-enabled creature triggers or Atraxa's ETB. Daze is weak here since it only taxes 1 mana against a deck with Lotus Petal, City of Traitors, and Ancient Tomb flooding the board with mana. Surgical Extraction can't touch Aluren once it resolves, since it only targets cards in a graveyard, but it is a cheap way to strip every copy of a key card like Atraxa or Acererak from their hand and library once one copy has hit a graveyard. Nihil Spellbomb adds colorless, cheap graveyard disruption. Keep Force of Will and Thoughtseize as your primary interaction since stripping Show and Tell or Aluren proactively is the best line.
