Boros Energy is a fast go-wide aggro deck that leverages Ocelot Pride and Guide of Souls to flood the board with tokens while threatening reach through Goblin Bombardment sacrificing them for direct damage. Our gameplan is to survive the early turns with Solitude and Prismatic Ending, then land a Goryo's Vengeance on Atraxa or Griselbrand to take over the game before they can rebuild. Wrath of the Skies and Supreme Verdict are essential for clearing their token swarms and resetting a board that has gotten out of hand, while Celestial Purge cleanly exiles Ragavan and Ajani before they can generate runaway value. Force of Negation is cut because hard counterspells are largely dead against a deck that wins through creature combat rather than spell-based combos, and Tainted Indulgence is trimmed as paying two mana at sorcery speed is too slow when we need to be developing a board presence or disrupting theirs.
Jeskai Blink is a grindy fair deck, but their Teferi, Time Raveler is uniquely threatening — it shuts off your ability to flash in Goryo's Vengeance at instant speed and can bounce your reanimated Atraxa or Griselbrand before they trigger. Bring in Consign to Memory and Mystical Dispute to fight over their key permanents and spells; your own Teferi locks them out of instant-speed Solitude, Ephemerate, and post-board Strix Serenade, protecting your combo turn. Ragavan is their most dangerous early threat since falling behind on tempo makes it harder to assemble Goryo's — use Solitude and Thoughtseize proactively to neutralize it before it snowballs. Trim Force of Negation and the looters since this is a grinding counter-battle where targeted interaction outperforms free spells and pure card selection.
Affinity is a fast artifact synergy deck that threatens to end the game quickly with Kappa Cannoneer or a Urza's Saga token chain backed by Mox Opal mana. Your primary plan remains the same — reanimate Atraxa or Griselbrand as fast as possible to bury them in card advantage before their board gets out of hand. Mystical Dispute comes in to tax their blue interaction (Metallic Rebuke, Consign to Memory, Force of Negation) and protect your key Goryo's Vengeance turn. Teferi, Time Raveler shuts off their instant-speed interaction and bounces problematic permanents like Tormod's Crypt or Engineered Explosives at a critical moment. Supreme Verdict provides a clean answer to a wide Affinity board that Solitude and Psychic Frog cannot handle alone. Tainted Indulgence and Prismatic Ending are trimmed as the former is too slow when racing and the latter underperforms against the artifact-heavy threats here.
