This is essentially a mirror match — both decks share the same core engine, so the game comes down to who resolves a Kappa Cannoneer first and protects it through Force of Will wars. Disruptor Flute is the premier sideboard card here: naming 'Artifact' shuts off Emry's activated ability and Kappa Cannoneer's ward trigger, dramatically reducing the opponent's resilience and protective tools. Dismember and Consign to Memory give you hard interaction to answer a resolved Kappa or counter a Saga activation at instant speed. Trim down to two Chalice of the Void — it's still a strong tempo play at zero (locking out Baubles and Petals symmetrically can be fine if you're ahead), but three copies increases the risk of drawing multiples in a game where you need to develop faster than your opponent. The one-ofs (Skateboard, Aether Spellbomb, Pithing Needle, Shadowspear) and all four Sink into Stupor come out as the least impactful cards in a game decided by counterspell battles and which player sticks an uncountered Kappa first.
