The EPIC Storm wants to chain rituals and cantrips into a storm kill via Tendrils of Agony or Echo of Eons, so Disruptor Flute naming a key enabler like Lion's Eye Diamond, Dark Ritual, or Burning Wish taxes their combo turn by 3 mana per copy, which can be the difference between a lethal storm count and falling short. Harbinger of the Seas turns their nonbasic lands into Islands, disrupting their colored mana for Dark Ritual-fueled black spells and fetchlands. Sink into Stupor and Shadowspear don't meaningfully interact with a combo deck that doesn't rely on a single creature or attacking, so they come out. Keep Chalice of the Void in, since setting it at one or two charge counters can lock out their cheap rituals and artifact mana entirely.
