Omni-Tell wants to Show and Tell into Omniscience or Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, so Carpet of Flowers punishes their heavy Island count for large mana while giving us resources to fight through their counter suite, and Surgical Extraction can strip a copy of Show and Tell after it hits the graveyard or answer their single Emrakul/Atraxa, Grand Unifier reanimation-adjacent targets. Wrath of the Skies is dead against a deck that plays almost no creatures before combo turns, so it's cut, and Spell Pierce/Force of Negation are weaker than holding up our own proactive game plan since their real Force of Will/Flusterstorm counter suite is what protects their combo, not ours. Prioritize countering Show and Tell itself with Force of Will and racing with Up the Beanstalk card advantage since their deck has almost no way to interact with our threats once resolved.
