This is a mirror-like matchup, so the biggest edge comes from small disruptive upgrades rather than a full overhaul. Lavinia, Azorius Renegade is excellent here since it shuts off their Force of Will and Force of Negation free-cast lines while also taxing their Teferi, Time Raveler and Leyline Binding-style plays. Wrath of the Skies is symmetrical and slow against a deck built the same way we are, with similarly low creature counts, so it's a clean cut. Everything else in our shell lines up well against their mirror-image game plan, so we keep the rest of the list intact.
