Lavinia, Azorius Renegade is excellent against WU's free-spell plan, countering any Force of Will or Daze cast without paying mana and capping their noncreature spells by the number of lands they control early. Prismatic Ending gives us clean exile-based removal for Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student or Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd before they generate value. We trim slower or narrow cards for this more proactive, disruptive package since WU wants to control the game with countermagic and card selection. Wasteland stays in to punish their nonbasic lands like Tundra and Meticulous Archive, and Swords to Plowshares remains key against Tamiyo (while she's still a creature) and Phelia.
