Lands wants to assemble Dark Depths plus Thespian's Stage for a 20/20 Marit Lage token, or grind with Life from the Loam and Wasteland; Pithing Needle can be named on Dark Depths to stop the ice-counter removal ability, or on Wasteland to protect our fragile manabase. Cabal Therapy is a weak sideboard-out since their deck has minimal creatures to disrupt via discard and no meaningful board presence to punish. This matchup is a long grind where resolving our combo before they lock us out of lands is the priority; Relic of Progenitus can also answer their Life from the Loam if games go long, though it's already mainboard.
