Ocelot Pride Midrange floods the board with Cat tokens and sticks threats like Ajani, Nacatl Pariah and Voice of Victory, so extra cheap removal in Swords to Plowshares and Prismatic Ending (which can exile Ocelot Pride, Guide of Souls, or Ajani for just one color of mana) is crucial. We trim to 2 Cephalid Illusionist since this matchup is grindier and we're less likely to combo off quickly against their Thoughtseize/Wasteland disruption package. Shuko offers little value against a deck that out-sizes our small creatures and punishes us for attacking into their board. Keep Nomads en-Kor and Loki, God of Mischief as blockers to buy time while removal clears their key pieces.
