Ocelot Pride Midrange floods the board with Cat tokens off Ocelot Pride and Guide of Souls while Ajani, Nacatl Pariah and Thalia, Guardian of Thraben punish us for casting cheap spells. Static Prison is excellent here, exiling Ajani or Ocelot Pride itself before the token engine snowballs, and Swords to Plowshares picks off Voice of Victory or Amped Raptor. Engineered Explosives can wipe a board of 0-mana Cat tokens at zero or destroy Ocelot Pride itself when set for one mana value off our Plains. We trim Pithing Needle, Karakas, and a couple of artifact mana rocks (Mox Opal, Manifold Key) that don't help us race a wide, low-curve board.
