Dimir Tempo relies heavily on Force of Will, Daze and Thoughtseize to protect threats like Moonshadow, Nethergoyf, Bilbo and Kaito, so our plan is to grind through their disruption and answer those threats cleanly. Erode is efficient one-mana removal at instant speed that handles Moonshadow, Nethergoyf, Bilbo or Kaito, and it fits our low curve. Flickerwisp is weaker here since the opponent's permanents are mostly worth killing outright rather than blinking, and we want more interaction against their resilient threats.
