This is a mirror-ish grindy matchup where free countermagic and cheap threats dominate. Consign to Memory comes in as a narrow but cheap answer. It counters a triggered ability or a colorless spell, so it hits Orcish Bowmasters triggers, Bilbo's attack trigger, Moonshadow's trigger, and their colorless Mishra's Bauble, and after sideboarding it also answers Nihil Spellbomb and Null Rod. It costs only {U}, and replicate lets you copy it for more. It can't counter their colored spells, so don't expect it to stop Fatal Push, Daze, Force of Will or Kaito. Barrowgoyf comes out because its size depends on the card types in all graveyards, and the graveyard hate coming in (Dauthi Voidwalker, Surgical Extraction) works against that. The clunkier Stock Up and the conditional Drown in the Loch also come out, since their graveyard stays low early. Surgical Extraction can exile every copy of Nethergoyf or Moonshadow from their graveyard, hand and library, which denies their best threats. Dauthi Voidwalker has shadow, so their creatures can't block it, and it exiles cards that would go to their graveyard, which starves Nethergoyf and its escape. Toxic Deluge gets cut because its life payment is costly against a tempo deck that pressures you with cheap threats and fetchland damage.
