Consign to Memory can counter Thassa's Oracle's triggered ability or follow-up colorless spells like Lion's Eye Diamond and Lotus Petal, while being cheap enough to leave up alongside our own disruption. Surgical Extraction is great for stripping Lion's Eye Diamond or Thassa's Oracle from the graveyard before they can assemble the finish, and forces a shuffle to disrupt their thin Doomsday pile. Fatal Push and Barrowgoyf do very little against a deck with almost no creatures worth killing and racing toward a combo kill, so we prioritize interaction and discard over removal and a graveyard-based creature. Thoughtseize and Force of Will remain essential to strip Doomsday itself or the Force of Will protecting it.
