Force of Vigor blows up their artifact mana engines like Grim Monolith and Urza's Saga constructs, and can be cast for free by exiling a green card to disrupt them on their turn. Endurance resets their own graveyard, denying them recursion value while dodging their sweepers by flashing in. Once Upon a Time is too low-impact against a deck that wants to lock the board rather than race, and Collector Ouphe doesn't stop Karn's static ability or nonactivated artifact value like Urza's Saga's tutor chapter, so it underperforms here.
