The EPIC Storm is a pure combo deck looking to chain Dark Ritual, Lion's Eye Diamond, and Beseech the Mirror into a storm kill with Tendrils of Agony, so proactive hand disruption is your best tool: Thoughtseize and Duress strip away their key combo pieces or Veil of Summer protection before they can go off. Collector Ouphe doesn't stop their combo since Lion's Eye Diamond and Mox Opal/Chrome Mox are mana abilities (not shut off by Collector Ouphe), so it's better used elsewhere; trim it along with the slower creature-combo package (Shang-Chi, Temur Sabertooth, Wirewood Symbiote) since you need maximum discard density rather than board presence to beat a combo deck that can kill out of nowhere.
