Rakdos Reanimator is nearly identical to UBG Reanimator in game plan — it pitches Griselbrand or Atraxa with Faithless Looting, Unmask, or Thoughtseize and reanimates as early as turn one off Dark Ritual chains. Soul-Guide Lantern is your most important answer, as flashing it in at instant speed in response to Reanimate or Shallow Grave exiles the target before the reanimation resolves and puts them back to square one. Surgical Extraction on Griselbrand or Atraxa after the first copy surfaces removes all copies from the game, making their entire reanimation package useless for the rest of the game. Fury evoking free answers Raph and Mikey, Troublemakers and any early body they deploy to protect their combo setup, and can be welded back repeatedly via Goblin Welder. Your own combo through Painter's Servant and Grindstone is faster than their fair backup plan, so a single piece of graveyard disruption plus a clean combo draw should win the game.
