Sneak and Show wants to resolve Show and Tell or Sneak Attack into Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Griselbrand as fast as possible, and since Show and Tell is a sorcery, Consign to Memory can't stop it directly, but it does counter triggered abilities like Atraxa's enters-the-battlefield trigger or colorless spells like Lotus Petal (though not Emrakul, which can't be countered). Disruptor Flute naming Sneak Attack completely shuts off its {R} activated ability, since it isn't a mana ability, and also makes Sneak Attack cost {3} more to cast, which blanks their primary combo engine. We cut a couple of Lotus Petals and an Urza's Bauble since we need to prioritize disruption over marginal speed against a deck that can win on turn two or three.
