This is a mirror match decided by who resolves their Show and Tell or Sneak Attack first and who protects it, so Consign to Memory comes in to counter colorless spells and triggered abilities like an opposing Atraxa or Emrakul trigger while leaving your own blue spells untouched. Surgical Extraction can strip a copy of their Sneak Attack or Show and Tell out of their deck once one hits the graveyard, tightening their access to the namesake engine. The extra Hexing Squelcher can't be countered itself, and once it is on the battlefield your spells can't be countered either, so your Show and Tell and Sneak Attack get through counterspells like their Force of Will and Flusterstorm. The creature you sneak or show in is never cast, so it's the setup spell that Squelcher protects. Flusterstorm is trimmed since both players are low on cheap interaction to storm off of, and Archon of Cruelty and one Omniscience come out as they are the weakest top-end hits against an opponent who can also assemble Omniscience or big Eldrazi threats quickly.
