Sneak and Show wants to resolve Show and Tell or Sneak Attack to cheat in Atraxa, Griselbrand, or Emrakul; Pithing Needle named on Sneak Attack shuts off its activated ability entirely, stranding any creature they'd try to put in with it. It does nothing against Show and Tell, so keep that in mind. Force of Vigor can destroy Sneak Attack or Omniscience for free on their turn by exiling another green card from hand, which is often game-ending disruption against their one-shot plan. Grafdigger's Cage only stops creature cards from entering from graveyards and libraries and stops casting spells from those zones, so it does not hit creatures put onto the battlefield from hand by Sneak Attack or Show and Tell, and we leave it alone in favor of the proactive removal in Force of Vigor. Keep Wasteland active to pressure their heavily nonbasic mana base (Volcanic Island, Ancient Tomb, Scalding Tarn and the like) and buy extra turns.
