WU runs a heavily blue-based manabase (Tundra, Island, Flooded Strand, Polluted Delta, Meticulous Archive) to support Force of Will, Daze, Consign to Memory, and Ponder; Choke keeps their Islands (including Tundra and Meticulous Archive) from untapping, crippling their ability to hold up countermagic or cast anything blue. Pithing Needle should be named on Karakas, since its activated ability can bounce Marit Lage, which is a legendary creature; it does nothing against Tamiyo's flip, which is a triggered ability. Grafdigger's Cage stays in: WU has no reanimation, but it stops Snapcaster Mage from giving a spell flashback. Keep the full Wasteland and Boseiju package since WU leans on a lot of nonbasic lands and is vulnerable to mana denial.
