The EPIC Storm wins by chaining cheap spells (Dark Ritual, Lotus Petal, Chrome Mox, Gamble) into Tendrils of Agony for lethal storm damage, and Deafening Silence directly cripples their ability to chain multiple noncreature spells in a turn, which is the core of their combo. Containment Priest provides a small amount of insurance against any creature that might enter without being cast, though its main role here is just an extra body; its most relevant use is limited since their list is mostly noncreature spells. Goblin Bombardment is cut since they field almost no creatures to sacrifice into. Thoughtseize and Cabal Therapy remain essential to strip their combo pieces (Lion's Eye Diamond, Burning Wish, Beseech the Mirror) before they go off, so keep those at full count.
