Jeskai Artifacts is an artifact-combo deck built around Goblin Welder, Urza's Saga, and Emry, Lurker of the Loch recurring key pieces from the graveyard, making Surgical Extraction excellent at exiling a critical artifact like Mishra's Bauble or a combo piece they've shown, shutting off their recursive engine. Trimming Shallow Grave, Cabal Therapy, and some Collective Brutality cuts our weaker, easily-disrupted cards since this matchup is more about racing their artifact synergy than grinding card advantage. Witherbloom Apprentice provides a cheap clock and incidental drain since their deck has minimal early interaction for our creatures; keep Thoughtseize and Unmask maxed to strip key engine pieces before they can be set up.
