Sneak and Show is a glass-cannon combo deck racing to cheat in Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Griselbrand, so this is a pure speed race where our Thoughtseize and Unmask need to stay maximized to strip their Show and Tell or Sneak Attack before they resolve. Surgical Extraction can proactively remove their copy of Griselbrand or Emrakul from hand/library if we see it via discard, denying their reanimation/cheat targets outright. Trimming slower cards like Shallow Grave, Cabal Therapy, and some Collective Brutality reduces redundancy in a race where card quality and speed matter more than grinding value; Witherbloom Apprentice is low-impact filler that can chip in if the game goes long.
