Stronghold Gambit comes in as a proactive reanimation spell that also digs, giving us more redundant ways to find and reanimate our own bombs in a mirror where speed matters most. Collective Brutality loses value since discard matters less when both sides are racing to reanimate rather than protecting a combo, and we trim clunkier mainboard threats to maximize consistency. Prioritize using Thoughtseize and Cabal Therapy to see their hand and time Surgical Extraction perfectly — sometimes it's better to let their first reanimation resolve and snipe the graveyard card only after they've committed.
