Faerie Macabre can be discarded to exile Murktide Regent's delve fuel or strip instants and sorceries from their graveyard, denying both Murktide's size and Dragon's Rage Channeler's Delirium for its +2/+2 flying mode. Containment Priest adds another cheap flash body that trades well with Dragon's Rage Channeler and forces them to find real removal like Lightning Bolt instead of just racing. Chalice of the Void at one remains outstanding, locking out Brainstorm, Ponder, and Lightning Bolt entirely. Trim the fast-mana artifacts since this matchup rewards resilient threats and disruption over speed, and you don't want to overextend into their Lightning Bolt and Force of Will.
