Disruptor Flute is very strong here, naming Life from the Loam to add three mana to its cast or naming Urza's Saga to lock down its nonmana activated ability (as a land, Saga is played rather than cast, so the cost tax does not apply), badly hampering their recursive land engine. Faerie Macabre can exile key cards fueling Life from the Loam's dredge or Malevolent Rumble's graveyard setup, though its main value is as free instant-speed graveyard disruption against a deck reliant on recursion. Chalice of the Void is far weaker here since Lands relies heavily on lands rather than castable spells (most of their key cards are lands, which bypass Chalice), so it comes out. Wasteland and Karakas remain crucial for denying their utility lands and bouncing any legendary creature threats.
