Izzet Delver is racing with Dragon's Rage Channeler and Murktide Regent, so Ensnaring Bridge is excellent at shutting down their attackers once we have a reasonable artifact hand size. Archive Arbiter's gain-4-life mode buys crucial time against their burn-based clock, and its 4/4 flying body blocks Murktide Regent profitably. Transmute Artifact is a liability against four copies of Force of Will and four Daze, since tapping out to tutor just invites a free counter on our key piece. We leave the mana-generating artifacts and card draw engine alone since out-grinding into Paradox Engine turns is still our best path to victory.
