Chalice of the Void set at X=0 or X=1 is their primary way to stop our combo, and Consign to Memory is a cheap answer: for {U} it counters a colorless spell, which hits Chalice itself as well as creatures like Thought-Knot Seer and Reality Smasher, and it can also counter a triggered ability, such as a Chalice trigger aimed at our key spell or Thought-Knot Seer's enters trigger. Paying {1} per extra replicate gives additional copies if we need more. Veil of Summer comes out because its card draw never triggers against a main deck of colorless Eldrazi spells with no blue or black spells to punish. Its uncounterable effect would blank a Chalice for a single turn, but Consign handles Chalice more permanently. Surgical Extraction can exile every copy of a card like Chalice or Thought-Knot Seer from their graveyard, hand and library, but it needs a nonbasic card already in a graveyard to target, so its value is situational. Keep the full combo suite intact — this matchup is about resolving Show and Tell or Omniscience through their hatebears, not grinding.
