This is a pure combo race where both decks can win on turn one or two, so interactive creatures and sorcery-speed removal are nearly useless — Fatal Push, Sheoldred's Edict, and Sink into Stupor come out entirely. Force of Negation comes in as free countermagic that can stop Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer on their combo turn without requiring you to tap mana you need for your own sequence. Consign to Memory is a key tool for disrupting the Oops! kill: it can counter a Thassa's Oracle triggered ability (their primary win condition) or deny Narcomoeba triggers in response to the mill, preventing them from assembling the required creature count to flashback Dread Return. Your pre-board Thoughtseize suite and Force of Will remain your primary disruption, so the game plan is to either strip their combo with discard on turn one or hold up free countermagic while assembling Show and Tell into Omniscience yourself. Post-sideboard, watch for the Lion's Eye Diamond plus Goblin Charbelcher line, which can win without ever milling the library, but your counterspell package covers both axes.
