Their deck wants to put a big creature onto the battlefield with Animate Dead, Reanimate, or Shallow Grave while stripping our hand with Thoughtseize and Unmask. Those reanimation spells are black spells, so Consign to Memory cannot counter them. What it does counter is a triggered ability or a colorless spell, so it answers Animate Dead's enters trigger, Archon of Cruelty's enter/attack trigger, and Lotus Petal cheaply, and replicate can copy it when there are multiple targets. Trickbind counters an activated or triggered ability with split second, so it can stop Griselbrand's 'Pay 7 life: Draw seven cards' activation (the life is already paid, but we deny the cards) or an Archon of Cruelty trigger, and that permanent can't activate abilities again that turn. Force of Negation lets us counter their noncreature spells like Reanimate, Animate Dead, or Unmask for free on their turn. Veil of Summer stays in: their discard (Thoughtseize, Unmask, Cabal Therapy, Collective Brutality) is black and targets us, so hexproof from black blanks it, and Veil draws us a card if they cast a black spell. Intuition is cut because it puts cards into our graveyard, where Reanimate or Animate Dead can take them. Sink into Stupor is cut as the less efficient interaction compared to the dedicated counters, and two Stock Up come out because three-mana card selection is slow against a fast reanimation deck. Keep the combo plan intact and prioritize disrupting their reanimation before it resolves.
