WU plays Force of Will, Daze, and Consign to Memory to protect Tamiyo and disrupt our combo, and Teferi, Time Raveler can shut off our ability to respond at instant speed, so Echoing Truth answers a problematic Teferi or flipped Tamiyo cleanly. Into the Flood Maw cheaply removes Phelia or an early Tamiyo before it flips. We trim Lorien Revealed and one Lotus Petal since this matchup is more about surviving their disruption than raw mana acceleration. Our Veil of Summer and Force of Will remain crucial to protect our own combo spells from their countermagic, since Veil of Summer stops our spells from being countered and Force of Will can counter their spells. Neither answers Stifle, though, which hits activated and triggered abilities such as a fetchland activation or Atraxa's enter trigger, so sequence those carefully.
