Izzet Delver's clock comes from Dragon's Rage Channeler and Murktide Regent, both of which die cleanly to Dismember's -5/-5. Consign to Memory handles their colorless Mishra's Bauble triggers and any colorless spells cheaply, fitting a low-curve mirror-ish race. We cut the card-selection Baubles and Metallic Rebuke since the 3-mana tax is too slow against a deck this fast, favoring hard removal and cheap free interaction instead. Play around their Daze and Force of Will by sequencing lands to keep mana up when possible.
