Ocelot Pride Midrange is full of cheap one-and-two mana spells (Ocelot Pride, Guide of Souls, Swords to Plowshares, Static Prison), so Chalice of the Void set to one can lock out a huge portion of their deck while we operate off Ancient Tomb and artifact mana. Dismember is efficient removal for Ajani, Nacatl Pariah or Voice of Victory tokens before they snowball. We cut the slow card-selection Baubles and Metallic Rebuke, since tapping out for a 3-mana tax doesn't fit well against their proactive curve. Watch for Wasteland on our Ancient Tomb when sequencing Chalice.
