This is essentially an exact mirror match — your opponent is running the same list with the same sideboard plan, so the game becomes a race to resolve the first haymaker while disrupting theirs. Hand disruption is actually weak in this matchup because both decks can operate with very few cards in hand, and stripping one piece just means they use another; instead, focus on being the first to land Griselbrand and draw seven cards to find multiple reanimation spells. Stronghold Gambit is the premier mirror breaker since it lets you put Griselbrand or Atraxa into play without using the stack in a way that Force of Will-style effects can interact with cleanly, and your opponent will very rarely hold a creature with a mana value higher than your target. Hexing Squelcher is critical because it shuts off Reanimate, Animate Dead, Shallow Grave, and Show and Tell as a creature on the battlefield, meaning if you resolve one early it can lock them out of their entire game plan. Koma, World-Eater and Ashen Rider provide additional Show and Tell targets that create permanent board advantages the opponent cannot easily answer through reanimation alone. Trim the hand disruption spells and Faithless Looting since card selection matters less than raw speed and threat density in the mirror.
