This is a mirror-style storm matchup decided by who disrupts the other's combo turn first and who finishes fastest once they're going off; a second Tendrils of Agony gives us a backup kill condition if our first copy gets stripped by their Thoughtseize-adjacent disruption or Hexing Squelcher redirection plans. A second Cabal Therapy, with its flashback mode, lets us strip their Burning Wish or Gamble target proactively on the turn before they combo. We trim Ad Nauseam since its life-loss cost is dangerous when the opponent can also pressure our life total with their own combo, and cut down to one Beseech the Mirror since we already have another copy plus Necrodominance and Infernal Tutor as tutors, preferring interaction in the mirror.
