Consign to Memory counters triggered abilities and colorless spells, giving a cheap answer to Orcish Bowmasters triggers, Bilbo's attack trigger, and colorless spells like Mishra's Bauble. It cannot hit their blue or black spells. Lavinia stops them from casting noncreature spells with mana value greater than the number of lands they control, which keeps Kaito off the table early. It also counters any spell cast without spending mana, like a free Force of Will or Daze. Endurance can be evoked for free to strip their graveyard, cutting off Nethergoyf's size and escape, and Bilbo's ability to recast spells from the graveyard. We trim slow value creatures that don't interact with their disruptive tempo plan.
