Doorkeeper Thrull is a flash flyer, so it can ambush and chump-block a Marit Lage token, which has flying. It also stops enter-the-battlefield triggers from artifacts and creatures entering, such as Skateboard tapping a permanent. That effect applies to both players, so it turns off our own enter triggers too, like Badgermole Cub's earthbend. We trim two Carnivorous Cultivator to make room for the Thrulls. The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale stays in the sideboard. Its effect is 'destroy this creature unless you pay {1}', and Marit Lage is indestructible, so it does nothing to the token. It would only put an upkeep tax on our own creatures.
