Consign to Memory is a cheap one-mana Instant that stops colorless spells and triggered abilities, so it can counter a Mishra's Bauble spell or an Orcish Bowmasters enter trigger. It can't hit their blue spells like Force of Will or Daze, so treat it as a narrow, low-cost answer rather than a free one. Magus of the Moon turns their Wasteland, Underground Sea, and the rest of their nonbasic manabase into Mountains while standing as a clock they must deal with using Fatal Push, Snuff Out, or a counterspell. Spell Pierce is weak since their noncreature spells are mostly cheap interaction and cantrips rather than high-impact threats you need to tax, and Prismari Charm and Preordain are the easiest cuts since they don't advance your combo plan under pressure from Thoughtseize and Daze.
