No sideboard swaps are recommended for this matchup. Grafdigger's Cage only stops creature cards from entering the battlefield from graveyards and libraries, and from casting spells out of those zones. It does not stop Marit Lage, which is a token created by Dark Depths. It also does nothing against Life from the Loam, which returns land cards to hand, or against dredge, a replacement effect. That leaves it without a meaningful target here. Spell Pierce stays in too: Lands plays plenty of noncreature spells it can hit, including Crop Rotation (an instant), Life from the Loam, Exploration, Malevolent Rumble and Mox Diamond. Disruptor Flute can also be aimed at your key spells to make them cost {3} more, while Pithing Needle can only shut off activated abilities, such as Sneak Attack's. This matchup is a race, so leave the core combo suite untouched and focus on resolving Show and Tell or Sneak Attack before they lock you out with Wasteland and The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale.
