This Colorless Prison/Ramp deck plays almost no activated abilities you can Stifle profitably, so those come out for proactive disruption. Force of Negation is excellent at stopping The One Ring, Karn, the Great Creator, or Ugin, Eye of the Storms before they resolve, and Counterbalance can strip a huge swath of their curve since so many of their key spells share mana values (Karn at 4, The One Ring at 4, Ugin at 7). Ghost Vacuum gives you a way to interact with graveyards and can eventually reanimate a threat of your own. Phyrexian Dreadnought is risky here since they have plenty of removal and few profitable sacrifice targets on your side, so it comes out for more disruption.
