Stiflenought vs Eldrazi

Updated today

Eldrazi plays Chalice of the Void on one or two, which can shut off Mishra's Bauble, Stifle, Prismatic Ending (X=0 or 1), and other cheap spells, so trimming the free-cast Mishra's Bauble and leaning into higher-impact cards is reasonable. Containment Priest is strong against nothing cast via cheating-into-play effects they have, but more importantly it's a reasonable blocker and disruption piece against their colorless creature beats; Ghost Vacuum helps interact with their graveyard-based plans and provides a late-game angle versus a grindy deck. Phyrexian Dreadnought is risky to commit to against a deck full of efficient removal in Kozilek's Command and relies on sacrificing creatures you may not have, so it comes out in a matchup where you want resilient, cheap interaction. Keep Swords to Plowshares and Wasteland in, since Wasteland denying their Eldrazi Temple or Cavern of Souls is a huge tempo swing.
