Stiflenought vs Lands

Lands is a nonbasic-land-heavy deck relying on Dark Depths plus Thespian's Stage, Life from the Loam, and Crop Rotation, making the extra Prismatic Ending valuable to exile Marit Lage, Dark Depths itself, or key enchantment-based engines before they go off. Ghost Vacuum offers a way to exile relevant cards from their graveyard-based Life from the Loam engine. Stifle can target the Dark Depths ice counter removal ability or Crop Rotation's search, but it's a narrow one-shot answer, so trimming one copy for more Prismatic Ending is fine since Wasteland remains your best tool against their manabase. Keep your mainboard Wasteland count fully intact since denying their nonbasic lands is critical against a deck that cares deeply about specific lands like Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage.
