Doomsday is a glass-cannon combo deck that piles its whole plan into a single Thassa's Oracle draw, so Surgical Extraction is your single best card — exiling Thassa's Oracle from the graveyard after a failed attempt can strand them permanently. Tormod's Crypt is a full reset of their graveyard plan if they're relying on Street Wraith or a cracked fetch for extra draws. Warping Wail's counter mode is live against their Dark Ritual or Ponder during the combo turn, buying the extra beat needed to find your own Chalice of the Void or Fantasticar clock. Trim the slow Tezzeret and Fleshraker copies since this matchup is won on disruption timing, not grinding board states.
