This mirror-adjacent matchup shares our graveyard-reliant plan (Nethergoyf, Detective's Phoenix, Street Wraith, Stitcher's Supplier mill), making Faerie Macabre's discard-to-exile ability a strong way to deny their Nethergoyf escape fuel and Detective's Phoenix bestow fodder while costing us nothing in card advantage. Meltdown at X=0 for {R} cleanly answers their Mishra's Bauble and Nihil Spellbomb, denying card and graveyard-hate value before it resolves. We cut slow top-end (Ox of Agonas, Practiced Offense, Cool but Rude) and a redundant tapped land since this is a fast mirror decided by who assembles their graveyard payoffs first and who disrupts the other's graveyard better. Watch for their Orcish Bowmasters punishing extra draws from our Mishra's Bauble-adjacent and Street Wraith effects.
