Izzet Prowess wins by going under us with cheap creatures and burn, so we want more cheap interaction rather than clunky value pieces. Our mainboard Fatal Push already answers Dragon's Rage Channeler and Monastery Swiftspear; we only have 2 copies, so there's nothing more of that specific card to add, but Kraul Harpooner's reach lets it block their occasional flying threats and its fight ability combined with graveyard creatures can remove a key attacker when they're tapped out. Agatha's Soul Cauldron, Formidable Speaker, and Disciple of Freyalise are too slow and card-disadvantageous against a deck trying to kill us with burn and fast clocks. Keep the combo plan intact since our ramp usually outpaces their damage output if we don't stumble.
