Gruul Basking Broodscale Combo leans on cheap activated abilities (Basking Broodscale's adapt, Blade of the Bloodchief's equip, Eldrazi Spawn sacrifice, Springleaf Drum) alongside cheap spells to go off. Trinisphere taxes their one and two mana spells, such as Basking Broodscale, Ancient Stirrings and Kozilek's Command, so their setup turns come down more slowly. Collector Ouphe shuts off the activated abilities of their artifacts, such as Blade of the Bloodchief's equip and Springleaf Drum, but it does not stop Basking Broodscale's adapt or the Eldrazi Spawn sacrifice ability, since Broodscale and Spawn tokens are colorless creatures rather than artifacts. Cut Summoner's Pact since you want proactive disruption online rather than a delayed mana payment, and trim Malevolent Rumble and Aftermath Analyst as the lowest-impact ramp pieces when prioritizing hate pieces. Note Collector Ouphe doesn't stop Eldrazi Temple, Urza's Saga or other land-based mana, so you still need to be fast or disruptive enough to beat their backup Emrakul/Devourer of Destiny big-mana plan.
