Rest in Peace is a near-blowout against 4c HollowOne, cutting off Vengevine's graveyard-return ability and Detective's Phoenix's bestow-from-graveyard ability, while exiling their whole graveyard the moment it enters. Consign to Memory answers colorless threats like Hollow One itself and can be replicated against key triggered abilities. Counterspell at UU is too slow and mana-hungry against a deck that dumps its hand and casts free/cheap threats from the graveyard, so it's cut for proactive graveyard hate. Keep Wrath of the Skies and Supreme Verdict to answer their wide boards of Vengevine and Blazing Rootwalla, and prioritize casting Rest in Peace as early as possible before they can escape/discard into their graveyard plan.
