Belcher is a fast combo deck aiming to assemble Goblin Charbelcher or Tameshi, Reality Architect loops using colorless artifacts like Lotus Bloom, so Consign to Memory is excellent, countering those colorless spells for a single mana at instant speed. Mystical Dispute cheaply stops their blue support spells like Whir of Invention or Sink into Stupor while generically countering anything else in a pinch. Cut Prismatic Ending and slow card selection since they don't interact fast enough with a combo deck that can win as early as turn one or two; prioritize maximum cheap interaction. Keep Counterspell, Spell Snare, and Narset, Parter of Veils in since hard counters and disruption of their draw are premium against this matchup.
